**Job Description: Sales Associate**
**Position Summary**:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. The Sales Associate will contribute to achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the company in a professional manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Proactively approach customers to generate sales leads and opportunities.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively communicate key selling points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Provide personalized service and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Capture and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Proactively communicate promotions, special offers, and product updates to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak sales periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹9,240.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
