**Workshops & Sessions**: Organize and conduct orientation programs, career counselling workshops, and skill development sessions to empower students.

**Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, student performance, and prepare progress reports for academic teams.

**Requirements**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Any graduate or above
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent written communication skills (English)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience, especially in a chat process, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple chats effectively and efficiently
- **Key Traits**: Empathy, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
