**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)** with excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** to handle customer queries over calls. This is a **night shift role** with **pick-up and drop cab facility** provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both **English and Hindi**.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of **customer satisfaction and service quality**.
- Accurately log call information and follow up on pending cases.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Adhere to call handling scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- **Languages**: Fluent **spoken English and Hindi** is mandatory
- Comfortable working in **night shifts**:

- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and typing skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹490,099.22 per year
