**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order in all areas of the retail store.
- Develop and manage cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Ensure store floors, restrooms, windows, and other customer-facing areas are spotless and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed.
- Provide training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Inspect areas to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed and standards are met.
- Handle customer complaints related to cleanliness and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee waste management and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclables.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
- Collaborate with retail management and other departments to ensure a seamless and clean store environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
