- Should be strong in SQL queries
- Experience in supporting project with ticketing tools
- Prioritize Alerts based on severity and type
- Perform Root Cause Analysis by analyzing the issue and the code to determine impact. Assign to Dev team with RCA findings
- Timely escalation to Dev team in case of high priority issues that L2 team needs support on
- Systematic and timely communication to stakeholders across various channels based on severity of the issue
- Weekend Maintenance support, monitor critical alerts, attend to any escalations from Helpdesk and Production management teams on a need basis
