Care and Cure is Kerala's leading Home-based Medical Services Company.
We have teams consisting of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and nurses working to deliver quality medical care to our clients in their homes.

We are in need of a Nurse to Work with our partner Hospitals in co-ordinating the home care services we provide to them

Responsibilities and Duties:

- New Clients Registration
- Introducing New Clients to Care and Cure's Services
- Monitory of Key Performance Indicators in the delivery of services to Clients: Delivery Time, Completion of Follow Up Procedures & Services, Timely delivery of results and other documentation, Confirmation of Client's Understanding and Awareness of the treatment plan and next steps to be taken.
- Ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate
- Resolution of operational and tactical issues
- Up-to-date awareness of client's needs and status
- Tackling issues raised by client, client's attenders, family members etc.
- Liasing with all other teams inside and outside Care and Cure on behalf of the patients (admin, doctors, nursing, labs, finance etc.)
- Collection of feedback about services
- Collection of review (online and offline) about services
- Follow up of customers for a minimum of 6 months after the service
- Periodic Reports to Management about Service KPIs
- Periodic Reports to Management about all cases where customers have not had a delightful and satisfying experience
- Participation in marketing activities
- Participation in meetings, training and activities aimed at resolving issues and improving performance
- Suggestions to improve performance
