**Role and Responsibilities**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Temple authorities, government officials, state tourism departments, and key decision-makers.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments with MoT officials, State Tourism Boards, and Chief Minister’s offices for discussions on business growth and initiatives.

Proposal Development & Presentation: Draft, refine, and present project proposals to relevant authorities, ensuring alignment with government tourism initiatives.

Liaison & Communication: Act as a bridge between Yatradham.org and government entities, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups on ongoing discussions.

Travel & On-Ground Networking: Travel to government offices, tourism departments, and SPIRITUAL industry events to strengthen YatraDham.org's presence and partnerships as and when required..

Policy & Compliance Awareness: Stay updated on tourism policies, regulations, and government schemes to align YatraDham.org's initiatives accordingly.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Strong networking & relationship-building skills with government officials, tourism boards, and religious institutions.

Understanding of tourism policies and government tourism initiatives.

Negotiation & diplomacy skills to facilitate discussions with government bodies.

Ability to travel extensively as required for meetings and stakeholder engagement.

Strategic thinking & problem-solving skills to identify and leverage partnership opportunities.

Self-motivated & well-organized, with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.

experience : Prior experience working with government departments (MoT, State Tourism Boards), pilgrimage sites, tourism organizations, or non-profit organisations would be an advantage.
