**Responsibilities**:
Schedule Management:
Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate and prioritize various commitments and ensure the executive's schedule is optimized.
Provide timely reminders and prepare necessary documents and materials for scheduled events.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
Provide support during travel, including managing expenses and addressing any issues that may arise.
Communication and Correspondence:
Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain a professional and responsive relationship with internal and external contacts.
Information Management:
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Conduct research and compile data as required to support decision-making and preparation for meetings.
Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Event and Meeting Support:
Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other necessary materials.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and supply management.
Handle personal errands and tasks to support the executive's daily life as needed.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools).
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professionalism, poise, and the ability to represent the executive in a polished manner.
**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
