**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:Work closely with senior designers to conceptualize and create fashion sketches and design prototypes.
Assist in the development of mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection for each collection.
Contribute creative ideas for new designs and stay updated on industry trends.

**Research and Trend Analysis**:Stay abreast of current fashion trends, attending fashion shows, and conducting regular market research.
Analyze competitor products and market trends to ensure our designs are competitive and in line with consumer preferences.

**Technical Skills**:Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to create detailed and accurate design sketches.
Assist in creating technical drawings and specifications for production.

**Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample sewers, and merchandisers, to bring designs to life.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and well-executed design vision.

**Quality Control**:Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and fit of garments meet brand standards.
Assist in resolving design-related issues during the production process.

**Administrative Tasks**:Maintain organized design archives, including sketches, samples, and fabric swatches.
Assist in creating and managing design documentation, including tech packs and design specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience (internships included) in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically sound design work.
- Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,461.49 - ₹30,000.00 per month
