**Our journey**
We raised $2 mn at an idea stage in December 2019 from Sequoia Capital’s Surge program, and marquee investors like Naveen Tewari (InMobi Group), Kunal Shah (CRED), Shradha Sharma (YourStory), and many more. Post our beta launch ~12 months ago, the company has grown by leaps and bounds:
- 270+ investments made; portfolio companies include loved brands like Bewakoof, Third Wave Coffee, The Man Company, 9stacks, Mamagoto, and Eat.Fit, SMOOR
- Raised $20 mn in August 2021 from GMO (Japan), Alter Global (USA), and others
- Launched a $25 mn fund in December 2021
**About the role**
The Content Marketing Associate will be responsible for creating and executing content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads. This role will collaborate to produce high-quality content that aligns with Klub’s voice and tones.
What does an ideal day look like?
1. Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, lead magnet resources, webinars, thought leadership articles, and more
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to ensure content is aligned with Klub’s voice and tone and reflects the company's values
3. Identify and track key performance metrics (such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates) to measure the success of content initiatives and adjust the strategy accordingly
4. Monitor industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed to stay ahead of the competition
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B and/or Fintech startup
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create compelling, SEO-friendly content
- Familiarity with social media platforms and how to leverage them for content promotion
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
