**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **best airfare options**, routing advice, and fare comparisons to clients.
- Handle **ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, date changes, and cancellations** efficiently.
- Drive **sales through inbound & outbound calls** and online leads.
- Build and maintain **excellent relationships** with clients and airline partners.
- Achieve monthly **sales targets** and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **6Months-2 years of experience** in **international flight sales or ticketing**.
- Hands-on experience with **GDS systems** (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).
- Strong **communication, sales, and client-handling** skills.
- **Language Skills**: Must be able to **communicate fluently in English** to serve key client markets.
- (Note: Language proficiency is required solely to serve business and client communication needs.)_
