**Scorpius Technology Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for a proactive and communication-savvy **Client/ Customer Relationship Executive** to join our team. We specialize in digital marketing and web development, and we need someone who can build strong relationships with clients/customers, ensure smooth coordination, and help us deliver outstanding service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for clients/ customers, maintaining regular and professional communication.
- Understand client/customer needs across SEO, PPC, web development, and digital marketing services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes.
- Assist in onboarding new clients/customers, collecting requirements, and setting up communication channels.
- Keep client/customer information and project status updated in CRM tools.
- Schedule and manage client/customer meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups.
- Share campaign and project reports, helping clients/customers understand results and progress.
- Identify and suggest additional services that match the client’s/customer's goals and growth.
- Handle client/customer concerns or queries promptly and effectively.
- Support the sales team with client/customer renewals and service upgrades.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
