BUSINESS PROCESS FACILITATOR / WEB CHAT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS

A) B.Tech/BE/BBA/BCA/MCA/BSC (Comp.Science) with inclination towards Customer Relationship along with Tech support
D) Having Own Conveyance or located in the close vicinity (on a walking/walk able distance from Sec-15)
E) Salary - 1,20,000 p.a+ attendance bonus(1,000) + 500(Internet) + variable incentive.
F) Free Training Program for 2 months (Full Salary to be given on training period)
G) Work From Home Facility - (Once in a week office)
H) Laptops will be provided
JOB PROFILE
1) Generating leads by Identifying Potential Prospects through means of web research and business directories and sending them First Level Propositions
2) Mapping customer's requirements and feeding them with all commercial & technical information.
3) Coordinating with the remote sales team and counterparts on initiation to execution of paper-work & pursuant of payment cycles.
4) Troubleshooting preliminary tech issues and actively involved in post-sales & relationship building activities with existing channels partners.
