**Role Overview**

As a Fashion Design Assistant, you will collaborate with our design team to create compelling, visually stunning designs that align with our brand vision. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the creative process, refining design concepts, and ensuring all outputs meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation/refinement of fashion designs, patterns using **Photoshop**.
- Edit and refine design elements with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to brainstorm innovative concepts and ideas.
- Conduct research on current fashion trends and integrate relevant insights into designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Manage design revisions and maintain an organized workflow for seamless collaboration.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and client reviews.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of other design tools like Illustrator is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience or demonstrable interest in **fashion design**.
- A strong portfolio showcasing attention to detail and creativity in design work.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a global team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and creativity.
- English language skills is compulsory
