**Role Overview**
We're seeking a talented Fashion Accessories Designer to lead the design of our next collection, specifically tailored for an upcoming fair in Paris. This role will involve deep trend analysis, innovative design, and a clear understanding of market preferences across our target regions.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis focused on accessory preferences in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
- Develop an original, cohesive collection that reflects current market trends and our brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with our production team to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
- Prepare designs and prototypes in alignment with fair deadlines and event expectations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven background in fashion accessories design with a portfolio showcasing previous market-driven collections.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, CAD), with knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for accessories.
- **Market Insight**: Knowledge of current trends, especially in Paris and across target markets (Europe, North America, Middle East).
- **Communication**: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a remote team.
