About the Traineeship Program

We are looking for Fashion Design Management Trainees who are passionate about fashion design as well as the business of fashion. This role blends creative design understanding with management practices, giving you exposure to how a fashion brand develops, organizes, and executes collections and market strategies. This is an unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks) where you will gain hands-on experience.

**Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Master's in Fashion Business/ Design Management and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design management team in coordinating design projects and seasonal collections.
  • Assist in trend research, mood boards, and collection planning.
  • Work on design documentation, sampling schedules, and production follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to align creative and business goals.
  • Contribute to presentation decks, portfolio reviews, and client showcases.

Requirements:

  • Background in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for creativity and detail.
  • Ability to balance design sensibilities with management & strategy thinking.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn how design decisions impact brand growth and market success.
