**About Us**:
Devakinandana Agri LLP is dedicated to promoting sustainable natural farming, we are doing natrual farming approx 800+ ha area in Gujarat. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to Agriculture crop sales and B2B market linkages.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with franchiser, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct market research to analyze demand, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.
- Plan and execute logistics, and quality control strategies for fresh produce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales, promotions, and branding of fresh produce.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and agricultural best practices.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of fresh Agri crop, fruits and vegetables supply chain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel to farms, markets, and buyers as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and rural development.
