**MIS Executive - DDU-GKY Project (warangal)**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update various databases and MIS systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per management requirements.
- Analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
- Coordinate with different departments for accurate and timely data input.
- Support audit and compliance processes with relevant data and reports.
- Assist in automation and improvement of existing MIS processes.
- Create dashboards and visual reports for quick performance tracking.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar MIS/Data entry role.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with government or skill development projects (e.g., DDU-GKY, PMKVY) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
