**Research and Data Collection**
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and information.
- Assist in designing research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires.
- Identify and compile data from various credible sources, including online databases, publications, and market reports.

**Data Analysis**
- Organize and analyze collected data to generate actionable insights.
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Create detailed reports summarizing research findings and trends.

**Report Preparation**
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and visual aids to communicate research results effectively.
- Assist in writing detailed research papers, case studies, or white papers.
- Proofread and ensure the accuracy of all research-related documents.

**Project Support**
- Collaborate with senior researchers and other departments to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor research project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders or participants for interviews or surveys when required.

**Industry Monitoring**
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates or briefs to senior management on emerging trends and insights.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Manage and organize research materials, files, and documentation.
- Maintain a database of research findings for easy access and reference.
- Support the team with ad hoc research tasks as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with research tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,224.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
