At Zorba Estates, we are redefining the real estate landscape with a customer-first approach and in-depth market expertise. We are seeking a proactive **Market Research Executive** to help us stay ahead of market trends and make data-driven decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on real estate markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends.
- Analyze demographic, economic, and real estate data to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal teams.
- Track competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to support strategic planning.
- Support sales and marketing teams with insights on customer behavior and emerging market trends.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of market intelligence for internal use.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align research findings with business objectives.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, property laws, and market developments relevant to real estate.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in market research (real estate sector experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
