
Guest Relation Executive

**Role & Responsibility**
Welcome guests at the arrival and taking them around the property.
- Manage Front Office, Visitors, Guests
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
- Meeting guests who visit and promote our lifestyle membership program (if required).
- Record information in the logbook daily.
- Assist them in completing all the paperwork (filing, photocopying, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- Give them a comment card and ask them for their valuable feedback regarding the property.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Sr. Manager when needed.
- Willing to Travel if required for conferences on client visits.
- Excellent Communication - written and verbal. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Competencies Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position **Strong communication and people skills. ** Handling EPBX Calls incoming outgoing. **Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities ** Problem-solving skills **Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Computer Skills, Printer etc.) ** Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping **Proficient in English (oral and written) ** knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Location: Delhi /NCR & Gurgaon,sector-63
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
