A well-established and reputable store located in Zirakpur is seeking a dedicated and efficient male Store Assistant to join their team immediately. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of store operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and organize inventory, including receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock.
- Maintain accurate stock records and participate in regular stocktaking.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and guide them in their purchase decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in processing sales returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and record-keeping.
- A customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
