- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in their section.
- Monitor and control inventory for their section, ensuring the quality of ingredients.
- Properly store food to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- **Quality and Presentation**:

- Ensure all food meets quality standards, including taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Conduct regular checks for adherence to portion sizes and plating standards.
- **Leadership and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate effectively with other chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants to ensure smooth operations.
- Guide and train junior staff, sharing cooking techniques and kitchen discipline.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in menu planning, including creating prep lists and organizing daily tasks.
- Help manage kitchen operations, ensuring timely service and efficient workflow.

Pay: ₹9,461.12 - ₹32,006.30 per month
