Chinese Chef

Assist in preparing ingredients for various Chinese dishes, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
- Prepare basic dishes like soups, stir-fries, dumplings, noodles, rice, and dim sum under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Cook and assemble dishes according to the recipe specifications, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Assist in cooking using specialized Chinese techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, and deep-frying.
- Ensure the kitchen and workstations are kept clean and organized.
- Clean utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment after use to maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring that food is stored and handled properly.
- Assist in keeping track of ingredients and supplies in the kitchen.
- Inform senior chefs or kitchen managers of any shortages or stock issues.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor food quality and adjust cooking techniques when necessary.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, including other chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Help with mise en place and prepare for peak service times.
- Continuously learn and develop culinary skills, especially in Chinese cuisine techniques and recipes.
- Participate in training sessions and cooking demonstrations led by senior chefs.
- Sometimes, Commis III may help in suggesting new dishes or improving existing ones, especially as they gain experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
