**GST Compliance**:

- Calculate, file, and reconcile GST returns.
- Ensure proper accounting of GST transactions and maintain records for audits.

**Tally and ERP System Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Tally and ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using ERP and Tally.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP software updates and changes to improve financial data management.

**TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)**:

- Calculate, file, and reconcile TDS returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate deduction of TDS on various payments, including vendor invoices, employee salaries, etc.
- Handle TDS certificate issuance and ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations.

**Taxation**:

- Assist in tax planning, preparation, and filing of income tax returns for individuals and companies.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations (including GST, TDS, and direct taxes) to ensure compliance.
- Support with tax audits and assessments.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely payments and collections.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and customers for efficient financial transactions.

**General Accounting**:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly closing processes and prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow).
- Support audits and ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting standards.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.

**Compliance & Filing**:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
- Support the preparation and submission of necessary reports to regulatory bodies.

**Other Duties**:
Support ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
