Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure guests sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- **Telephone Handling**: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, or take accurate messages. Handle general inquiries and requests.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for staff and visitors.
- **Mail and Deliveries**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Manage outgoing mail as needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general office administration duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Handle complaints or inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.
- **Security and Safety**: Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained. Monitor and manage office access in accordance with security protocols.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other office documents as necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,559.55 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
