**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**:

- Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights to inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- **User Interface Design**:

- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints by following brand guidelines and design standards.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Assist in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs from target users.
- Analyze usability test results and provide recommendations for improving the user experience.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing projects or coursework in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

**Duration**: 3 months
