**Quality Executive (Printing & Packaging)**

**Location**: Noida, Sector 63
**Experience**: 2-5 Years
**Salary**: ₹3-4 LPA (depending on interview & expertise)

**Summary**

We are seeking a **Quality Executive** with strong expertise in **printing and packaging quality processes**. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems.
Success in this position means consistently delivering high-quality outputs, minimizing rejections, and supporting our reputation as a reliable and innovative packaging solutions provider. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for printing and packaging materials.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality issues by collaborating with production and design teams.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and test reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within printing & packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of quality tools, methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
