**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and support our digital marketing initiatives, including website management, Google Ads, content creation, and social media handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Website Management**_:_
- Handle day-to-day updates and changes on the company’s website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement design and functionality changes.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
- _**Google Ads**_:_
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
- Monitor budget, keywords, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- _**Content Creation**_:_
- Develop and manage content for the website, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the content aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for digital marketing campaigns.
- _**Social Media Handling**_:_
- Manage and maintain company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media strategies, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and increase brand awareness through social channels.
- _**Performance Analytics**_:_
- Track and analyze digital marketing efforts through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
- _**Branding & Awareness**_:_
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing websites, Google Ads, content creation, and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
