Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.

Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any supply chain issues.

Assist in negotiating terms and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.

Review and verify purchase invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment processing.

Maintain inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet organizational requirements.

Support the senior procurement team in market research and identifying potential suppliers or cost-saving opportunities.
