The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that all printed and packaged products meet the required quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance practices, and continuously improving product quality to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Education: Diploma in Printing or Mechanical Engineering with min 2 to 3 Years Experience as Quality Executive Profile in Printing and Packaging Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform tests and measurements on printed and packaged products to verify adherence to specifications.
- Document findings and report any discrepancies or non-conformance issues.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and systems.
- Review and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for quality improvements.
- Work with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that products meet both internal and external quality standards, as well as customer expectations.
- **Supplier Quality Management**:

- Assess and qualify suppliers based on quality standards and performance.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure consistent supply of quality materials.
- Work with suppliers to resolve any quality-related issues and improve product quality.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Maintain quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance documentation.
- Ensure that all products meet local, national, and international regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing for certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP) and audits.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Lead and participate in root cause analysis for quality-related issues.
- Initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address recurring quality concerns.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular training and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate with customers regarding quality-related inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in customer feedback sessions to understand expectations and improve product quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently delivering products that meet or exceed quality expectations.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train production teams on quality standards, inspection techniques, and proper handling of materials.
- Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's quality management system.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
