**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Manage the entire merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve any production or shipment issues.
- Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to optimize profitability.
- Maintain clear communication with international buyers and internal teams.
- Prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in merchandising for **knitted garments** (T-shirts, Sweaters, Undergarments, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, knitting, dyeing, and garment production processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in **English** (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
