FMCG Merchandiser in Modern Trade Store*

*Position Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Product Placement:*
- Organize and maintain product displays according to company guidelines and promotions.
- Ensure proper shelf allocation and visibility for all products.

2. *Inventory Management:*
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory needs.
- Coordinate with store management to ensure timely replenishment of products.

3. *Promotional Activities:*
- Implement promotional strategies and displays to maximize product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions.

4. *Sales Analysis:*
- Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide feedback on consumer preferences and competitive activity.

5. *Store Relationships:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and management.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on product features and benefits.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

*Skills:*
- Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising best practices.

*Work Environment:*
- Fast-paced retail environment; ability to stand for long periods.
- May involve lifting and arranging product displays.
