**Company Overview**

**Roles/Responsibilities**
- 1.Handling end to end initiation to closure of Saas contracts, contract with Banks and other financial institution, technology contracts, and other commercial agreements.
- 2. Drafting, reviewing and closing simple commercial agreements, employment agreements and NDA and creating process for faster execution
- 3. Develop and maintain contract repository and life cycle of contracts. keeping track of the contract management spreadsheet.
- 4. Working very closely with internal stakeholders from tech, business, finance and admin to interpret and explain legal terms, provide advisory and set up cross functional processes for the organization with a long-term view for consistent compliance and efficiency.
- 5. Compliance with Data Privacy laws and Data sharing and track all updates in the field.
- 6. Keeping track of compliance checklist of your business units and
- 6. Secretarial compliances under Companies Act

**Functional / Technical Skills**
- LLB LLB from a recognised university in India.
- Ability to meaningfully engage with stakeholders across the board and take an active interest in all things technology, finance and law.
