Job Title: Legal Executive / Legal Officer

Department: Legal & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), agreements, and contracts with vendors, partners, and institutions.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handling hospital-related litigation matters, including liaising with external legal counsel.
  • Maintaining legal records, case updates, and proper documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and hospital regulations will be an added advantage.
