**Experience**:2 to 3 years of experience in Contract Management with IT company

**Designation**:Executive Legal

**Term of Employment** - Temporary for 6 months

**Expectation**:Good communication skill, capable of handling Legal function independently, should be able to handle follow-up pressure from requestor on review/ preparation of various legal/tender documents.

**Specialisation**:IT Contract Management

**Legal**:

- 1. Vetting, negotiation, and finalization of:

- a. NDA ,Service Agreement, RFP.
- 2. Co-ordination with Internal & External Stakeholders regarding legal matters.
- 3.Drafting and providing documents to be submitted in the tenders.
- 4.Reviewing RFP/tenders and preparing Prebid queries.

**Job Requirement**
- Good communication skill, capable of handling contract management function independently, should be able to handle follow-up pressure from requestor on review/ preparation of various legal/tender documents.
