**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, packaging, and other essential supplies for warehouse operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality.
- Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and accounts teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure purchase orders (POs) are raised, approved, and tracked for timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain vendor databases with updated pricing and contractual terms.
- Support in cost reduction initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setup.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and basic contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for purchase tracking and reporting.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary Range: ■30,000 - ■40,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

- Exposure to end-to-end manufacturing operations and vendor ecosystems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
