Job Title: Gym's Customer Relationship with Handling Reception Sales, Management, and Operations Skills

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Membership Sales:

- Actively promote gym memberships and services to potential clients.
- Provide information about membership packages, pricing, and benefits.
- Conduct tours of the gym facility, showcasing the amenities and equipment.

2. Customer Relations:

- Greet members and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring member satisfaction.

3. Administrative Support:

- Handle front desk tasks, including check-ins, membership renewals, and waivers.
- Maintain member records and update database information.

4. Operations Management:

- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth gym operations.
- Assist in managing class schedules, trainer appointments, and facility bookings.
- Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance needs.

5. Team Coordination:

- Work closely with trainers and staff to coordinate class registrations and schedules.
- Assist in organizing gym events, challenges, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a gym or fitness center is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a basic understanding of gym equipment and exercises.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic management principles and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with gym management software for membership tracking and scheduling.
- Experience in marketing or promoting gym services and events.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
