**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement:

- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, benefits, and value propositions.

Lead Management:

- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and status.

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and collecting necessary paperwork.
- Guide customers through the booking process, payment plans, and legal formalities.

Post-Sales Service:

- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, construction, handover) to ensure timely updates to the customer.
- Address customer queries or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure a seamless experience until possession and post-handover services.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention:

- Collect feedback and ensure resolution of complaints promptly.
- Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on customer status, follow-ups, and overall satisfaction metrics.

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric attitude
- Knowledge of real estate products and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
