As the Brand Development & PR Manager for our women's wear brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity, expanding its reach, and establishing strategic partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and media outlets. Your responsibilities will encompass brand positioning, public relations, influencer collaborations, online marketplace presence, and brand curation for both digital and physical retail channels._

**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Positioning**:_ Develop and execute strategies to position the brand effectively within the competitive landscape of the women's wear market. Define the brand's unique selling propositions, target audience segments, and key messaging to differentiate it from competitors.
- **Public Relations**:_Cultivate relationships with fashion journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and editorial features for the brand. Pitch story ideas, press releases, and product launches to relevant media outlets and secure press placements to increase brand visibility.
- **Influencer and Celebrity Partnerships**:_ Identify and engage with social media influencers, celebrities, and fashion personalities whose style and audience align with the brand's image and values. Negotiate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to amplify brand awareness and drive engagement on social platforms.
- **Media Placement**:_ Secure placements for the brand in fashion magazines, online publications, and style blogs to enhance its credibility and exposure within the industry. Coordinate product loans, samples, and media events to facilitate editorial coverage and product placements in fashion editorials and celebrity endorsements.
- **Online Marketplace Presence**:_ Identify and list the brand's products on various online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and fashion aggregator sites to expand its digital footprint and reach new customers. Optimize product listings, keywords, and imagery to drive traffic and sales on partner websites.
- **Brand Curation**:_ Curate a selection of complementary brands and products to be featured alongside our own collections on our website and offline stores. Source emerging designers, independent labels, and exclusive collaborations to enhance the brand's offering and appeal to diverse customer preferences.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in brand development, PR, and influencer marketing within the fashion industry.

Strong network of contacts in fashion media, influencer circles, and celebrity agencies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Creative flair with a keen eye for emerging trends and market opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
