**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and consultative selling techniques.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, including test drives and in-depth product knowledge.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Prepare and present finance and insurance options where applicable.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard.
- Accurately complete all paperwork and administrative processes in line with dealership and compliance standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
