The job responsibilities of a Graphic Designer Faculty typically include:

- Develop and deliver a structured curriculum that covers fundamental and advanced principles of graphic design, including typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Integrate industry-standard tools and software into the curriculum, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), ensuring students gain hands-on proficiency.
- Guide students through practical projects and assignments, providing constructive feedback to enhance their technical and creative skills.
- Assist students in building a professional portfolio, showcasing a range of design projects that meet industry standards.
- Offer career guidance, advising students on job readiness, interview preparation, and professional networking.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams, providing feedback to support their continuous improvement.
- Ensure assessments are aligned with learning objectives and industry expectations, preparing students for real-world challenges.
- Stay informed of current design trends, tools, and practices to keep course content relevant and up-to-date.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant workshops, conferences, and seminars as appropriate.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative learning environment that promotes student engagement, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Coordinate with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary design projects and collaborative learning opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
