As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs to convey messages effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of various creative assets, including digital and print materials, to enhance the brand identity and support marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop visually engaging graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media. Produce design concepts, layouts, and mock-ups based on project requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs. Stay updated on industry trends and design software advancements.
- **Brand Guidelines**:Adhere to established brand guidelines while creating new designs. Contribute to the development and evolution of brand visual assets.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all design deliverables. Conduct thorough reviews to identify and correct errors.
- **Communication**:Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback effectively into design revisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
