**JOB DESIGNATION: GRAPHICS DESIGNING FACULTY**

**LOCATION: CALICUT**

**EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YRS**

**SALARY: 25K-30K**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Curriculum Development**:

- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on graphic design concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Develop, update, and enhance the curriculum to meet industry standards and evolving trends in graphic design.
- Provide hands-on training in graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.

**Student Support & Mentorship**:

- Provide academic guidance, feedback, and support to students in individual or group settings.
- Evaluate student work through assignments, projects, and exams, ensuring assessments reflect both creative and technical abilities.
- Foster a creative and collaborative environment for students to explore their ideas and improve their skills.

**Research & Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current design trends, technologies, and best practices in the graphic design industry.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the department by participating in faculty meetings, workshops, and events.

**Administrative & Miscellaneous**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in curriculum reviews and accreditation activities as required.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to organize events, exhibitions, or student showcases.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified scholar in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design techniques and software.
- Previous teaching or training experience in a related field is preferred.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, layout, and digital media.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to students at various skill levels.
- Creative, passionate, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with animation or 3D design software (e.g., Adobe after Effects, Blender).
- .Familiarity with online teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and trends in graphic design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,064.84 - ₹36,323.30 per month
