**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations of building exteriors and landscapes based on architectural designs and client requirements.
- Understand project briefs and convert 2D drawings, CAD files, and sketches into 3D models.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all visualizations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both **Hindi and English**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, specifically in **exterior architectural visualization**.
- **Software Expertise**:

- **3ds Max** (mandatory)
- **Corona Renderer** (mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate level for post-production)
- AutoCAD (working knowledge is a plus)
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, proportions, and detailing.
- Expertise in setting up **realistic and dynamic camera angles** to highlight architectural features effectively.
- Ability to create **high-quality walkthrough animations** for exterior views, showcasing designs with smooth transitions and realistic motion paths.
- Skilled in producing photorealistic renders with proper lighting, materials, and environmental settings.
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
