**About the Role**

We are looking for a **dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive** to join our team at Healthy Jeena Sikho. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their healthcare needs, and providing the right solutions from our wide range of medical equipment (Wheelchairs, BiPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, Hospital Beds, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring excellent service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage renewals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/remarks sheets.
- Collaborate with delivery & service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
- Negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools preferred.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in **B. Pharma / BBA / MBA / any relevant field**.
- Experience in healthcare/medical equipment sales will be an added advantage.
