**Experience**: Freshers or 6 months of BPO International Calling Experience
**Location**: On site, Mohali

**Role Description**
The Sales Executive will serve as a key liaison between NyxGen Transitions and its customers. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and selling software solutions. The role involves meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calling.
- Present and explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to effectively overcome objections and close sales.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of software development and IT solutions
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
