This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service, addressing their concerns, and supporting them through their growth journey.

**Role Overview**:
**As a Customer Support Executive**, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, making outbound calls to a database of potential leads (both cold and fresh), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to both cold databases and fresh leads, engaging prospects and answering any questions about our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and retention.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Track and manage customer interactions through customer support tools/software.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve services and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with customer support tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Location**: On-site in Pune

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
