Consultation (in-clinic & at home), Pathology Services (sample collection & reporting),

Medicine Delivery. Based in Koregaon Park, Pune, we blend technology with compassionate

care to enhance the patient experience.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a Customer Care Executive (Hybrid Role) to be the primary point of contact for

all pathology-related inquiries. You’ll manage incoming calls, coordinate with our pathology

with pathology knowledge are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Pathology Enquiry Management

pathology services (tests offered, sample collection procedures, turnaround times,

report formats).
- Provide expert guidance on pre-test preparations (fasting requirements, sample

containers, etc.) and answer patient queries.
- Escalate complex clinical inquiries to the pathology lead or medical team.
- Appointment & Logistics Coordination
- Schedule pathology sample collections (home visits and in-clinic) in coordination with

phlebotomy staff.
- Track sample pickups and delivery to partner labs, updating patients on status.
- Status Updates & Reporting
- Monitor the status of pathology reports from partner labs; proactively inform patients

of expected delivery times.
- Assist patients in understanding their reports, directing medical interpretation queries

to the clinical team.
- Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Collect patient feedback post-sample collection and report delivery; share insights with

the care management team.
- Identify recurring issues (e.g., delays, incorrect samples) and recommend process

improvements.
- Collaborate with operations and pathology teams to streamline workflows.
- Compliance & Knowledge Maintenance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pathology tests offered, pre-analytical

requirements, and lab partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (HIPAA-equivalent) and company SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare

Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a pathology lab, diagnostic center, or

healthcare setting.

Technical Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of common pathology tests (blood panels, microbiology,

histopathology).
- Familiarity with sample collection protocols, labelling standards, and shipment

processes.

Core Competencies:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Marathi

and/or Hindi is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/scheduling software.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site

responsibilities.
