**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Channel Partner Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist** to promote our courses, generate qualified leads, and convert them into enrollments. This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive on results and want to work with a growing aviation brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- **Lead Generation**: Drive traffic and generate high-quality leads through paid and organic digital efforts.
- **Content & SEO**: Assist in creating compelling content (ads, blogs, social media posts) and optimize for search engines.
- **Sales Conversion**: Follow up on leads, counsel prospective students, and convert them into admissions.
- **Social Media Management**: Grow Aeromate’s online presence through engaging and informative content.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements for higher ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and sales (preferably in the education/training sector).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital ad platforms, and social media marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Passion for aviation or interest in the education/training industry is a plus.

**Compensation**:
**Revenue-Based Commission**
